Strong Start is the best way for any boys in TK through 6th grade to learn lacrosse!
Participants will be introduced to the basics of the sport through a variety of fun drills and games.
Current Varsity lacrosse stars will help Coach Schmidt deliver a tried and true curriculum that focusses on building proper techniques on the fundamentals of lacrosse.
Low ratio of players to coaches to ensure a lot of specific instruction and reps!

-38-"40" lacrosse stick
-Lacrosse gloves*
-Helmet*
*Bring one if you have one, but we have plenty of loaner helmets and pairs of gloves available to borrow.
