Playlax Full Throttle offers a unique camp experience in Charlotte area featuring two styles of lacrosse. Players enjoy the open style of field lacrosse in the mornings on the turf with high-energy drills, shooting, transition and live play. In the afternoons, players head indoors to the fast-paced box-style action in the A/C, sharpening stick skills and decision-making in tight spaces.
One camp. Two styles. All intensity. Full day. Full speed. Full throttle!
Coach Schmidt began playing lacrosse as a child growing up in Syracuse, NY, and was a standout through college. He played semi-box lacrosse after college and is thrilled to offer a "box" style camp down here in the south! Since arriving at Providence Day School in 2000, he has over 25 years experience coaching lacrosse teams at all levels. He has directed hundreds of summer camps, clinics, and leagues in Charlotte and is looking forward to getting the next generation of lacrosse players started.
